Seasonal and full-time positions available. Roberts Paving is looking for motivated paving crew members to join our team throughout the Cincinnati region. Duties include operating hand tools, shoveling and raking hot-mix asphalt, supporting the paving operation, and assisting equipment operators. Prior asphalt paving experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Seasonal and full-time positions available. Experienced equipment operators for asphalt paving machinery, rollers, and asphalt milling equipment. Candidates must have prior paving or heavy equipment experience. CDL is a plus. Clean driving record required.
Seasonal positions available. Licensed dump truck drivers for material hauling during the asphalt paving season throughout Cincinnati. CDL Class A or B required. Clean driving record required. Asphalt or construction industry experience preferred.
